About
A clearer way to research robot lawn mowers
RoboMowerIndex is an independent robot lawn mower research catalog. It brings model specifications, setup methods, regional availability, retailer listings, owner context, and the sources behind those facts into one place.
What we are building
A broad, searchable index that helps buyers narrow the market by lawn size, slope, navigation, price, edge behavior, runtime, and availability before opening the underlying evidence.
What we do not pretend
A published specification is not the same as a hands-on test. We identify source-backed facts, owner contributions, and editorial guidance separately so readers can see what each claim represents.
Why the source trail matters
Robot mower names, regional variants, prices, firmware capabilities, and retailer stock change quickly. Each model page preserves visible source links and verification dates so important buying claims can be checked instead of accepted as anonymous database facts.
Who publishes the research
“RoboMowerIndex Editorial Team” identifies the site’s research and publishing work, not a claim that a mower was personally tested. Guides are built from the catalog’s linked manufacturer documentation, manuals, retailer records, and clearly labeled secondary sources, then checked against the standards in our methodology and editorial policy.
Corrections and material updates
When a stronger or newer source changes a material fact, we update the affected record and its verification date. We preserve unknown values instead of filling gaps with assumptions, and we do not refresh dates unless the underlying research or guidance changed.
